How do I change the cooldown and warmup timers for /home?

Set the ftbutilities.homes.cooldown permission to the duration that you'd like the cooldown to be e.g. 30s.

Set the ftbutilities.homes.warmup permission to the duration that you'd like the warmup to be (this is like a cast time) e.g. 3s.
